Wells Driver Training’s driving instructors

Our driving instructors are considered self-employed franchisees. Once Wells Driver Training introduces you to your assigned instructor, the contract of tuition exists between the instructor and the pupil. All matters relating to the timing, location, duration for individual lessons should be subject to an agreement between the instructor and the pupil. Wells Driver Training does not take responsibility for payments made for driving lessons once an instructor has been assigned.

The first payment for lessons / block booking should be paid directly to Wells Driver Training’s business account. Once the student has met with the assigned instructor the following payments should be paid direct to the instructor via a direct business bank transfer or cash if preferred. Payments for lessons should be received by the instructor 48 hours before the lesson is due to commence. All subsequent payments should be recorded on the student progress card to provide transparency in the event of a query regarding payments. Wells Driver Training cannot be held liable for any refunds or disputes to money paid direct to an instructor.

Wells Driver Training also accepts no responsibility for any funds paid in advance to an instructor for driving lessons.

All vouchers purchased will be redeemable against lessons at the price of time at booking lessons. Not at time of voucher purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques

Block Bookings/ Intensive Courses

All intensive and semi-intensive courses require a 50% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day before the intensive course starts

If a pupil cancels an intensive course before the course starts and the full amount has been paid, the deposit paid will be non-refundable. If instructor cancels course for any reason then all funds paid will be refunded unless an agreement about a future course is decided between pupil and instructor.
